Terms and Conditions of purchasing Area51 Platoon’s VIP
By purchasing Area51 Platoon’s VIP you agree to the following terms and conditions.
§1 AE51 reserves the right to change/revoke/alter benefits without notice or acknowledgement.
§2 You agree to adhere to AE51’s Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.
§3 Upon receipt of payment, VIPs are not entitled to a refund beyond 48 hours after the payment has been received.
§4 VIP benefits extend to all AE51 servers with the exception of the following servers; AE51 DICE servers.
§5 The administration team reserves the right to remove any benefits from the VIP without exception or explanation. This is seen as an extreme measure to be avoided with the exception of cases like abuse of admins, withholding payment, abuse of benefits etc.
§6 Some benefits, may require a briefing before purchase. As a prospective VIP or purchaser, you are required to attend this briefing (either in a voice chat or the acknowledgement and receipt and reading of a document) to access these benefits. Misuse or abuse of these benefits will be dealt with as per §5.
§7 All decisions and rules are subject to the final word of the Committee Team.
